Classes and attractions announced for Quad Cities 150
(DAVENPORT, Iowa)- The second running of the Quad Cities 150 will be held August 25-27, at the Davenport Speedway. The event features the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Late Models and is presented by Hoker Trucking LLC.
The Late Models will race all three nights. Saturday's finale will pay $30,000-to-win.
On Thursday, August 25th, the support class will be IMCA Modifieds. Friday and Saturday nights Xtreme Outlaw Midgets Series will race with the Late Models.
This is the inaugural season for the XOMS. Once a staple of local tracks, Friday’s race will mark the first midget race at Davenport Speedway in fifteen years.
Activities are planned for each day of the event. A truck show, racing simulator, live music, and a Toys for Tots charity drive, will be held every day. Saturday's agenda includes a Cruise-In Car Show, a bags tournament, and an autograph session with both Late Model and Midget drivers. Fair food and souvenir trailers will also be on hand.
